The main functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Offer world class service
 
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
 
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
 
- Assess a customers’ needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
 
- Mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
 
- Plan and present bar menus 
 
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
 
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
 
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
 
- Comply with all food, beverage, and health safety regulations
 
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
