Introduction

Our Pizzaiolos are not just pizza makers. We make a pizza Napoletana, which is a true work of art, and no two pizzas will be the same. We are looking for pizzaiolos who are passionate about food and take pride in their work. That is what the Art of Pizza is all about! 

Join the best team in our authentic V Pizza culture. We offer a competitive starting salary of $16/hr for those with little experience but a strong work ethic and up to $20/hr for highly efficient kitchen workers and experienced front-end staff. We have both full and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities and Duties

The main functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assembling pizzas (and other menu items such as wings, salads, sandwiches, etc.) on a line according to recipe
  • Prepping foods and sauces necessary for a successful shift
  • Stocking pizza line and other applicable stations
  • Collaborating and communicating with staff and management throughout entire shift
  • Checking the quality of food before serving to guests
  • Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized, and equipped with the proper tools
  • Setting up and breaking down pizza line and other kitchen equipment
  • Notifying a manager anytime kitchen equipment is malfunctioned or product falls below health safety standards

Qualifications and Skills

  • While pizza experience is not required, kitchen experience is; if you have a passion for food and love pizza, we’ll teach you!
  • Experience / efficiency with wood fired ovens is a huge plus!
  • You must be a team player and work well with others, especially in high-stress situations
