Bartender

Introduction

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender who can provide an excellent drinking experience for our guests. Responsibilities and Duties

The main functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Offer world class service
  • Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • Assess a customers’ needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menus 
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food, beverage, and health safety regulations
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean

Qualifications and Skills

  • High level hospitality and a love for the craft is essential!
  • Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills is a MUST
  • Relevant training certificate (BARSMARTS) is not required but preferred
