Introduction

V Pizza is continuously expanding, with three projects in the works for 2024/2025, we are looking for great managers to join our team, including Kitchen and Front of House candidates. Responsibilities and Duties

The main functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Participate in a comprehensive management training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a leadership role
  • Learn and understand various aspects of the business that includes operations, sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the company under the guidance of experienced managers
  • Helping with duties of other employees (e.g., cashier, server, cook, etc.) when necessary, because of an unexpected absence or extra volume
  • Must be able to achieve results in key areas, such as labor, food cost, beverage cost, turnover, V for Victory, etc.
  • Maintain safety and health code standards throughout entire restaurant 
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner with a friendly and polite attitude
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as needed
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or service
  • Lead and motivate staff to complete their tasks in efficient manner
  • Demonstrate phone etiquette when interacting with customers or clients
  • Assisting in staffing responsibilities, including hiring, training, scheduling, and terminating

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is required for Front of House Managers 
  • Previous experience in a full-service kitchen is required for Kitchen Manager 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
