Please Reheat Responsibly

Because our dough has ZERO artificial ingredients or preservatives, it is best eaten right out of our 900 degree, wood-fired ovens. If you are bringing one home, or if you are ordering for delivery, we strongly suggest (like really, really strongly) you reheat using the instructions below to recreate that same V Pizza flavor at home.

When Taking V Pizza To Go

Put your pizza stone in the oven and crank the temp as high as it will go.
Once your stone is hot, pop your pizza in the oven.
Reheat for about 60-seconds until the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it set up for a few seconds.
And boom! You’re back in Naples eating pizza the way it was intended. Molto Bene!

When Ordering V Pizza for Delivery*

We have partnered up with DoorDash to bring V PIZZA to your doorstep!

* Please note: These pizzas are being delivered par-cooked and should only to be ordered to a location with a conventional oven. They must be finished in an oven preheated to a minimum of 450 degrees. All other menu items can be ordered anywhere, even without a conventional oven!

When you get a text that your order has been picked up — crank your oven as high as it will go. (and if you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven NOW)
Once your order has been dropped off — you will place your UNCUT Pizza, Calzone, or Stromboli directly on your oven rack (or on pizza stone if you have one)
Heat until cheese begins to bubble or it’s looking very HOT (in all of our testing, this has taken only 3 minutes in a pre-heated 450 degree conventional oven).
Remove from oven, place back in pizza box (for easy slicing and less clean-up) and let it sit for 30-45 seconds.
Slice & Serve!
