The Fig & Prosciutto Pizza

As always, we start with our house-made dough from imported, Italian 00 flour and a layer of mozzarella. We add our house-made fig jam by the spoonful, crumbled creamy goat cheese, and finish it off the V Way (EVOO, oregano, and pecorino Romano).

After it’s baked to its charred perfection in our wood-fired ovens, we add thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma and fresh arugula.

Lunch Size = About 10″ (11am – 3pm Daily)
Dinner Size = About 13″

Layla's Cavatappi Family Pasta Meal

Feed a family of 6 (or four teenagers!): 1 LARGE pan of your choice of salad (Italian, Garden, or Caesar), 2 Focaccia loaves of bread, 1 LARGE pan of Cavatappi Pasta slathered in our homemade Vodka Sauce – heavy cream, vodka, Prosciutto di Parma, garlic, butter, Pecorino Romano, oregano, salt, and pepper – and loaded up with our 100% All Natural & Gluten-Free Meatballs. Garnished with fresh basil.

Don’t Bring Home Our Pizza Unless You’ve Got the Stones to Do it Right

Because our dough has ZERO artificial ingredients, our pizza must be eaten right out of our oven for true authentic flavor. If you plan on bringing one home, we strongly suggest (like really, really strongly) you purchase one of our pizza stones. They’re only $20 and last forever. And, it’s the best way to recreate that same V Pizza flavor at home.

Here’s how:

Place the stone in your oven and crank it as high as it goes.
Put your pizza on the HOT stone for 60 seconds.
And boom! You’re back in Naples eating pizza the way it was intended. Molto Bene!
