Next come the Mama Lil’s peppers, adding their signature tangy heat. We layer on provolone, a sprinkle of oregano, Romano, and a drizzle of EVOO before it hits the wood-fired oven.
Once it bakes to that perfect V Pizza char, we finish it with Datil Sting Hot Honey and a handful of fresh chiffonade basil.
