Seasonal Menu

Every season, for a few months at a time, we add a few new items. They don’t always have to be Italian, but they must earn a place beside our San Marzano tomatoes, imported Italian ingredients, and your favorites wood-fired classics. If it can’t stand beside our staples on quality and authenticity, it doesn’t go on the menu.

Tuscan White Bean Soup

Cannellini beans infused with the rich flavors of Prosciutto di Parma, then simmered with carrots, celery, onion, San Marzano tomatoes, and spinach.

Topped with focaccia croutons and shaved Italian cheese.

Hot Honey Burrata

A whole ball of burrata cheese with a drizzle of hot honey, served on a bed of arugula.

Served with sliced, toasted baguette.



Mama Lil’s Chicken Sandwich

Three crispy chicken cutlets, Prosciutto di Parma, fresh mozzarella, Mama Lil’s spicy peppers, EVOO, balsamic glaze, oregano, Pecorino Romano, and basil.

Hot Cocoa Cannolis

(3) mini cannolis with house-made hot cocoa cream, a hint of cinnamon, and toasted mini marshmallows.

Winter Mint Cannolis

(3) mini cannolis with house-made mint chocolate cream and crushed Andes chocolate mints

Harvest Salad

Crisp spring mix with roasted butternut squash, goat cheese, dried cherries, and pepitas, finished with maple cinnamon vinaigrette.

Pizza Carbonara

As always, it starts with our house-made “00” dough, then gets slathered with our scratch-made carbonara sauce (the kind that would make any nonna cry tears of joy). We layer on mozzarella and imported Fior di Latte, then add guanciale (cured pork cheek that brings the classic carbonara flavor to life.)

It’s finished the V way: pecorino romano, oregano, EVOO, and a sprinkle of fresh basil.


Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich

Three crispy chicken cutlets layered with marinara and mozzarella, then baked in our wood-fired ovens until perfectly kissed by the fire.
