Seasonal Menu

Every season, for a few months at a time, we add a few new items. They don’t always have to be Italian, but they must earn a place beside our San Marzano tomatoes, imported Italian ingredients, and your favorites wood-fired classics. If it can’t stand beside our staples on quality and authenticity, it doesn’t go on the menu.

Arancini (Sundays Only)

Creamy rice blended with Pecorino Romano, breaded and fried until golden, and served with our house-made bolognese. Available Sundays only, with a maximum of two orders per table.

Crostini Platter

Toasted baguette slices topped with roasted-garlic ricotta and crispy pancetta. Served with a small mixed greens salad to balance it all out. 



Italian Wedding Soup

Our Italian Wedding Soup is slow-simmered in scratch-made chicken broth with handcrafted meatballs, tender Acini di Pepe pasta, and fresh vegetables. A bowl of comfort made the V Pizza way.

Harvest Salad

Crisp spring mix with roasted butternut squash, goat cheese, dried cherries, and pepitas, finished with maple cinnamon vinaigrette.

Pizza Tartufo

Our hand-stretched “00” dough is topped with caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, and a four-cheese blend—mozzarella, Fior di Latte, parmesan, and Pecorino Romano. Finished with fresh basil and a drizzle of truffle oil for a pizza that’s savory, aromatic, and built for the truffle lovers.


Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich

Two crispy chicken cutlets layered with marinara and mozzarella, then baked in our wood-fired ovens until perfectly kissed by the fire.

Pumpkin Spice Cannolis

Crisp cannoli shells filled with pumpkin-spiced cream and rolled in chocolate chips, finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.
