As always we start with our house-made 00 dough, Fior di Latte and Honey Lemon Ricotta fired until the crust is perfectly blistered. When is comes out of the oven we finish it with Prosciutto di Parma, Stracciatella, Arugula, and Imported Lemon & Olive Oil. It’s rich and refreshing. Savory and bright.
