Inspired by the humble Neapolitan classic, the Potato Pizza, we gave it the full V Pizza twist—think Pancetta meets Au Gratin on a pizza. It starts with our imported Italian double-zero dough, slathered in our famous and oh-so-cheesy MAC-SAUCE. Then we layer on shredded mozzarella, thinly sliced and perfectly crispy potatoes, savory Italian pancetta, and our house-blended cheddar and gouda mix. To bring it all together, we add Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh garlic, rosemary, oregano, and a drizzle of EVOO.
Once it’s wood-fired to perfection, we finish it off with a sprinkle of fresh chives and Pecorino Romano.
One bite, and you’ll be screaming, “Did we just become best spuds?!”
