Our Memphis BBQ pizza starts with our homemade, hand-stretched dough. We add a layer of shredded mozzarella and pile on our marinated, slow cooked pork tossed in the award-winning Lillie’s Q Memphis style “SMOKY” BBQ sauce. Finally, we add fresh red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, another drizzle of the BBQ sauce, fresh basil, and finish it the V Way (Pecorino Romano cheese, oregano, and EVOO).
Our Memphis BBQ wings are marinated and wood oven-roasted wings, slathered in the amazing Lillie’s SMOKY BBQ sauce and topped with our V Caramelized Onions!!!
