We start this sassy little number by layering shredded Mozzarella on our dough made from imported Italian 00 flour. We add Sliced Meatballs, Calabrian-infused Ricotta, Fresh Mozzarella, Garlic, and Basil. Then we add our “Arrabbiata Sauce” before finishing it off The V Way (pecorino Romano, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil). Arrabbiata means Angry in Italian. This spicy sauce is made in-house by mixing San Marzano tomatoes, fresh garlic and basil, Calabrian peppers, and Extra Virgin olive oil. All the flavors you know and love, but with a kick!
